We are thrilled to post another all time favorite session!! Meet Brittany & Jason and their baby bump Jaden- who by the way has already made his grand entrance into the world. Congrats again guys!
We still can't believe that we were able to have their maternity session . . imagine them coming all the way from Florence and us coming all the way from McKee only to get to Lexington and be drenched by a "monsoon," accompanied by thunder and lightning. We had checked the weather that day and the forecast only predicted 30% chance of rain/t-storms, so we figured we would go on with the session. We had decided to have their shoot at the fabulous Talon Winery and you can imagine our disappointment as we drove down the road leading to the winery barely able to see through the rain. We almost called off the shoot and were about to head our separate ways but decided we would wait it out. We spent 30-40 mins. waiting on the storm to pass in separate vehicles, we couldn't even get out of the car to talk to them. Looking back, it was quite hilarious. We waited until we thought it was safe enough for a prego lady and then we all jumped out and put on our game faces. 8-) We left the session soaked up to our knees, but were so thankful that we were able to spend a little time with this wonderful couple and come away with some of our most favorite pictures ever. We were ecstatic to be able to capture a rainbow!!
